Privacy Policy
This policy explains how CircularPass (operated by CircularPass) processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
What data we collect
- Contact form / lead form: name, email, company name and message you choose to provide.
- Interactive DPP generator: product data you enter (category, materials, origin, etc.) is processed locally in your browser to render the example passport and is only sent to our systems if you separately submit the contact form.
- Technical data: basic analytics data (pages visited, browser type) if you accept analytics cookies — see our cookie policy.
Why we process it
To respond to your enquiry, provide the requested information about our plans, and — where you accept analytics cookies — to understand aggregate usage of the site. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Data recipients
Form submissions are processed through our internal automation workflow to route your enquiry to our team. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be processed by EU-based hosting and automation infrastructure providers acting as processors on our behalf.
Retention
Contact and lead data is kept only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at hola@circularpass.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Not a certification service
As explained in our legal notice, CircularPass is not a certification body; any product data you submit through the generator is used only to produce an illustrative preview and, where applicable, to respond to your enquiry — it is not transmitted to any official registry by us.
